Migrations without a bad weekend
Most Microsoft 365 pain traces back to a rushed migration: mail that bounced for a day, a shared drive nobody can find, licenses assigned by guesswork. We plan migrations backward from cutover — lower DNS TTLs first, stage the data, verify the copy, then move mail flow during a window you approve.
Ongoing administration
- Joiners and leavers. A repeatable process for onboarding and offboarding, including what happens to a departing person’s mailbox and files.
- Licensing review. Twice a year we reconcile assigned licenses against actual staff. This alone usually pays for part of the engagement.
- Tenant hygiene. Legacy authentication disabled, external sharing scoped deliberately, admin roles limited and reviewed.
Backup is not included by default
