Managed IT · Stephenville, Texas

IT that stays out of your way

Tech323 keeps the technology behind your business running — monitored, patched, backed up, and supported by someone who answers the phone. No jargon, no surprise invoices, no waiting three days for a callback.

Serving Stephenville, Granbury, Weatherford, Comanche, Eastland, Hamilton, and all the communities in between. Mon–Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm CT.

One number to call

Your staff reaches a technician who already knows your environment — not a ticket queue that starts from scratch every time.

Flat, predictable cost

Routine support is covered by your monthly rate. You should not have to weigh whether a question is worth the invoice.

Fixed once, not weekly

We track why things break and remove the cause. Recurring tickets are treated as a defect in our work, not as billable hours.

How working with us starts

  1. Step 1

    A conversation

Thirty minutes. What you have, what keeps breaking, what you are planning. No presentation.

  2. Step 2

    An assessment

We inventory your systems and give you a written findings document — yours to keep whether or not you hire us.

  3. Step 3

    A clear proposal

Scope, response targets, and price on one page. What is included and what is not, stated plainly.

Common questions

How fast do you respond when something breaks?

Standard support requests are acknowledged within one business hour. Anything that stops your business from operating — mail down, server offline, suspected security incident — is triaged immediately. Exact targets are written into your agreement, not left implied.

Do you require a long-term contract?

Managed agreements run month to month after an initial term, and you can cancel with notice. We would rather earn the renewal than trap you in one. Project work is quoted as a fixed fee.

How small is too small?

We work well with businesses from roughly five to a hundred users. Below five, a full managed agreement is usually more than you need, and we will tell you that rather than sell it to you. Ask about hourly or project support instead.

We already have an IT provider. How hard is switching?

Less painful than most people expect. We handle the transition: inventory your environment, take over administrative accounts, document everything, and coordinate the handoff. Most switches complete inside two to three weeks with no interruption to your staff.
