About Tech323
We are a managed IT provider based in Stephenville, Texas, serving small and mid-sized businesses across the surrounding counties. Our clients are companies that depend on their technology working but do not need — or want to pay for — a full-time IT department.
How we work
Small businesses rarely get a straight answer about technology. They get a proposal full of acronyms, an invoice that varies unpredictably, and a provider who is difficult to reach on the day something breaks.
We try to do the opposite of that:
- Say what things cost. Flat monthly rates for routine support, fixed fees for projects, and a written boundary between them.
- Fix causes, not tickets. The same problem recurring is a defect in our work, not an opportunity to bill again.
- Write it down. Your documentation, passwords, and diagrams belong to you. If you ever leave, you take them with you.
- Answer plainly. If something is a bad idea, we will say so. If it is outside what we do, we will tell you who to call.
Where the name comes from

The mark is an ichthys — the fish outline early Christians used to identify one another — and the 3:23 inside it is Colossians 3:23.
Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.
— Colossians 3:23 (ESV)
We are not going to preach at you, and we will never ask what you believe. It is in the name because it sets a standard we can be held to: the quality of the work does not depend on whether anyone is watching, whether the client is big enough to matter, or whether the problem is an interesting one.
In practice that looks ordinary.
- Writing the fix down, even when nobody is going to read it
- Telling you when the cheaper option would serve you just as well
- Saying "that one was our fault" out loud, in plain words
- Doing the job at 4:45 on a Friday the same way we would at 9:00 on a Monday
Hold us to it. If we ever fall short of that, say so — we would rather hear it from you than lose you quietly.
Who we serve
Most of our clients run between five and a hundred users — professional services firms, medical and dental practices, contractors, nonprofits, and light manufacturing. If you are smaller than that, a full managed agreement is probably more than you need, and we will tell you so rather than sell it to you.
Where we work
We are in Stephenville, and we drive. Onsite coverage runs roughly forty-five miles in every direction — north to Weatherford and Mineral Wells, east to Granbury and Glen Rose, south to Hamilton and Hico, and west to Comanche and Eastland. Remote support reaches anywhere.
Towns we regularly work in:
Stephenville · Dublin · Bluff Dale · Hico · Tolar · De Leon · Lipan · Gordon · Santo · Glen Rose · Gorman · Granbury · Strawn · Comanche · Ranger · Hamilton · Eastland · Cresson · Mineral Wells · Weatherford
That covers Erath, Hood, Comanche, Eastland, Palo Pinto, Parker, Somervell, Hamilton, and Bosque counties. If you are just outside that circle, ask anyway — for the right fit we will make the drive.
Business hours are Mon–Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm CT.
Getting started
The first step is a thirty-minute conversation — what you have, what keeps breaking, what you are planning. If it makes sense to keep talking, we do a written assessment of your environment that is yours to keep whether or not you hire us.
Talk to someone who will actually pick up
Tell us what is slowing your team down. We will tell you plainly whether we can help, what it takes, and what it costs.
