What this policy covers
This policy covers information collected through this website.
If you are a party to a service agreement with Tech323 LLC, the handling of data within the systems we provide or manage for you is governed by that agreement, not by this policy — please refer to your service agreement or contact your account representative with questions about that data.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, phone number, company, topic, and message you enter. We use it to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. We ask you not to send passwords or other credentials through the form.
Information collected automatically. Our web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, and a timestamp. These are used to operate the site, diagnose faults, and identify abuse.
Cookies. This website sets no cookies. There is no advertising network, no tracking pixel, and no analytics script on any page.
Sensitive data. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data — such as information revealing health conditions, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, or biometric data — through this website.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of providers to run this website. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:
- DigitalOcean — the server this website runs on
- Microsoft 365 — the mailbox that receives contact form messages
- Resend — delivery of contact form messages to that mailbox
- GoDaddy and Cloudflare — domain registration and DNS
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We may disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages and the correspondence that follows are kept for as long as we are in contact with you, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet our tax and business record-keeping obligations — generally seven years for anything that becomes a financial record.
Web server access logs are kept for a short period for troubleshooting and security, and are then rotated out.
Your choices
We are happy to help you access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or provide a copy of it. We do not sell personal information — including sensitive personal data such as health information, biometric data, or precise geolocation — use it for targeted advertising, or engage in profiling.
To make a request, email support@tech323.com. We’ll do our best to respond within a reasonable time, typically within a few weeks, and may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information submitted through this site. The site is served only over HTTPS, and the server is patched and maintained. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send credentials through the contact form.
Children
This website is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13, consistent with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We also do not sell the personal data of, or use it for targeted advertising to, any consumer we know to be under the age of 18, consistent with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@tech323.com and we will delete it.
