Managed IT Support

Flat-rate monitoring, patching, and help desk so your team stops losing hours to broken technology.

  • Unlimited remote help desk during business hours
  • Monitoring and alerting around the clock, with a technician on it during business hours
  • Automated patching for operating systems, applications, and network hardware
  • Printer and print queue support, because that is what actually generates tickets
  • Asset and warranty tracking so nothing ages out unnoticed
  • Onsite response across Erath, Hood, Comanche, and neighboring counties

What this covers

Managed IT Support is the day-to-day foundation. We monitor your workstations and servers, patch operating systems, applications, and network hardware on a tested schedule, keep the printers working, and give your staff one number and one email address to reach a real technician.

Monitoring runs around the clock. A person picks it up during business hours — we would rather tell you that than imply someone is sitting at a console at three in the morning.

Most small businesses do not need a full-time IT department. They need someone who already knows their environment, answers quickly, and prevents the same problem from happening a third time.

How it works

  1. Assessment. We inventory every machine, server, network device, and cloud account, and document what we find.
  2. Stabilize. We fix the backlog first: failing drives, unpatched systems, expired licenses, shared passwords.
  3. Maintain. Monitoring and patching run continuously. You get a monthly summary of what we did, what changed, and what is coming.
  4. Improve. Each quarter we review what broke, what is aging, and what to budget for next.

What you get

  • A named technician who knows your environment, not a rotating queue
  • Response targets in writing, not implied
  • Documentation you own — if you leave, you take it with you

What the monthly rate covers, and what it does not

The per-device rate covers our work — monitoring, patching, the help desk, onsite visits — plus the two tools we run on every client: the remote monitoring and management agent, and the Huntress security stack. Those are ours, and they are in the price.

Third-party software is billed separately rather than folded into the rate: Microsoft 365 licensing, Adobe, your backup subscription, and any email filtering beyond what Microsoft 365 already includes. Keeping them on their own line means that when a vendor raises a price, you can see exactly what moved — instead of watching one bundled number go up with no explanation attached.

What this is not

We do not bill by the hour for routine support, and we do not upsell hardware you do not need. Hardware is billed at cost — we buy it and invoice you for reimbursement, or send you a link to buy it directly yourself. We do not mark hardware up; we are not in the business of selling it. If a problem is outside our scope, we will say so and help you find the right vendor.
